Our doctors will assess whether a candidate can fill the role as it stands or make recommendations for adjustments in the workplace for any disability. Employees should be aware that it is against UK law to discriminate against a candidate on grounds of disability, however, some jobs may have an essential requirement which can’t be met with a reasonable adjustment.
